PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a propolis extract improved in antioxidative activity in the propolis extract composed of a solvent extract of propolis raw lumps.
SOLUTION: The propolis extract is composed of a solvent extract extracted obtained by extracting propolis raw lumps prepared by using at least one kind of plant selected from Populus nigra L., Zizyphus jujuba Mill. and Crataegus cuneata Sieb. as a main origin plant with a mixed solution of water with ethanol, etc., as a hydrophilic solvent.
