The present invention relates to a filter syringe including: a cylinder (1) formed to have a hollow inner space in which a predetermined amount of injection liquid is stored a piston (3) operated to move up and down in the inner space of the cylinder to induce an intake or discharge of the injection liquid a filter housing employing a filter (20) on a path for inflow/outflow of the injection liquid to allow foreign substances in the injection fluid suctioned by a needle (4) to be removed in a discharging process and a neck part (2) provided at an end of the cylinder in a tapered shape to be fitted together with the filter housing.
