PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter device capable of not only reducing the troubles and the working force aspect for performing the replacement of water storage frequently but also being disposed shortly and conveniently, and a suspension particle concentrator and a fishery organism growing device using the filter device.SOLUTION: A filter device for cleaning water while a fluidization being caused in a particulate filter medium 6 by a water flow by passing polluted water upward in a filter tank 2 filled with the particulate filter medium 6 comprises: a filter bath 2, in which fluid layers composed of a turbulent field 2b and a laminar field 2a are alternately laminated, while an upper face or a lower face being opened in a tubular shape； and an upward flow generating tube 3 or 4 enabled to communicate in water or air with the outside.【課題】貯水の交換を頻繁に行う手間や労力面を軽減することができばかりでなく、短時間かつ簡便に設置できる濾過装置及びこれを利用した懸濁粒子濃縮装置並びに水産生物の育成装置を提供する。【解決手段】粒子状濾材６を充填した濾過槽２に汚濁水を上向きに通水することで、粒子状濾材６が水の流れにより流動化を起こしつつ水の浄化を行う濾過装置において、上面又は下面が開放された筒状で、その内部に乱流場２ｂと層流場２ａとなる流動層を交互に積層した濾過槽２を備えると共に、外部と通水及び通気可能にされた上昇流発生チューブ３又は４を備える。【選択図】図１
