PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water filter of a water bath for aquatic life capable of filtering water to sufficiently supply dissolved oxygen, and suppressing a water flow as much as possible so as not to make raised aquatic life tired or stressed.SOLUTION: There is provided a water filter of a water bath for aquatic life equipped with a first filter 2 and a second filter 3. The first filter 2 includes a lower housing 21 with a water inlet 23a in the lower part, and an upper housing 22 with a water inlet 25a in the upper part. The lower housing 21 and the upper housing 22 are fitted to each other so as to be adjusted in height, and a submersible pump 4 is accommodated therein. The second filter 3 includes a device body 30 formed with a plurality of convex parts 36a, 36b on the external surface, and a discharge port 37a provided in the upper part of the device body 30 for discharging filtered water by the pressure of the submersible pump 4.
