An introducer (50) configured to permit vascular access to at least one surgical tool during a percutaneous procedure, the introducer comprising: a sheath (56) having a proximal end, a distal end, and a lumen extending therebetween, the sheath being sufficiently flexible to span a junction between a first blood vessel and a second blood vessel; and a hub (54) on the proximal end of the sheath and having a hemostasis valve disposed therein, the hub being configured to remain external to the vasculature and the hemostasis valve being configured to limit access through the lumen of the sheath.
