PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily measure both of eye refractive power in a small-pupillary-diameter state and eye refractive power in a large-pupillary-diameter state when both of them are measured from the same subjects eye.SOLUTION: An eye refractingve power measurment apparatus includes a measuring optical system which projects a measurement luminous flux onto the fundus of the subjects eye and which makes a two-dimensional imaging element take an image of a reflected luminous flux from the fundus as a plurality of indication pattern images at different distances from a measurment optical axis, and a rotary means which has a luminous flux deflecting member disposed on an optical path of the measuring optical system and disposed in a position deviating from a position to be conjugated with the pupil and which eccentrically rotates a plurality of pattern luminous fluxes on the pupil by rotating the luminous flux deflecting member around the measurment optical axis of the measuring optical system. The eye refractive power of the subjects eye is measured on the basis of each indication pattern image taken by the two-dimensional imaging element.
