PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmologic photographing apparatus capable of focusing by using a positioning mark of an alignment visual target without skills even when a patient with a small pupil diameter is examined.
SOLUTION: The apparatus includes a split optical system which projects a split visual target 311 to focus or a photographing subject part of an eye E to be examined, an alignment system which projects the alignment visual target 310 to position the apparatus body to the eye E, an observation optical system including an observational monitor which displays a photographing-subject image Ef of the eye E together with the split visual target and the alignment visual target 310, and a photographing optical system including a camera which photographs the photographing-subject image of the eye E. In a case when the eye E to be examined has the small pupil diameter, a means is provided for displaying the positioning mark 309 of the alignment visual target 310 in such a place that it is displaced from the center of an observation image.
