A method of manufacturing a shoe-like orthosis (OR), of the abductive super-pedaling orthosis type, for orthopedic apparatus for the treatment of the club foot, said method comprising the following successive steps: - making a positive foot replica (R) ； - Make an inner wall (1) of the orthosis (OR) by thermoforming on the replica (R)； - Providing a junction device (3) comprising a rigid plate (30) provided with an upper face and an opposite lower face on which is fixed an intermediate member (31) comprising anchoring means on a bar abduction； - Fixing the upper face of said plate on said inner wall, on a plantar portion corresponding to the foot arch of the foot； - Make an outer wall (2) of the orthosis (OR) covering both the inner wall (1) and the plate (30) while leaving accessible the anchoring means of the intermediate member (31). The present invention finds application in the field of orthopedic appliances, also called super-pedal abduction splints, for the correction of congenital equine varus clubfoot, used for the treatment of clubfoot according to the so-called Ponseti method.
