PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation imaging device capable of stably acquiring a high quality image by preventing deformation of columnar fluorescent body on a fluorescent body layer between a plurality of imaging substrates.SOLUTION: The radiation imaging device comprises: a fixed substrate 110 a plurality of imaging substrates 120 which are disposed in a plane on the fixed substrate 110 and a fluorescent body layer 130 including a plurality of columnar fluorescent bodies 130a disposed parallelly on the plurality of imaging substrates 120.
