A patient-specific surgical guide for positioning onto a glenoid of a patient. The patient-specific surgical guide comprises a support structure, a first guiding element corresponding to a first surgical plan, a second guiding element corresponding to a second surgical plan different from the first surgical plan and a patient-specific positioning element. The patient-specific positioning element is linked to or forms an integral part of the support structure, and comprises a patient-specific surface which conforms with at least part of one or more feature of the bone on or around the glenoid.
