One end of cranks (1) of seven-bar mechanisms at the two sides of the seat is fixedly connected to a driving shaft (12). The driving shaft (12) and the rack (7) form a rotation pair. The other end of the cranks (1) and a head end of a first connecting rod (2) form a rotation pair in a hinged manner. A tail end of the first connecting rod (2) and a head end of a second connecting rod (3) form a rotation pair in a hinged manner. A tail end of the second connecting rod (3) and a head end of a side link (4) form a rotation pair in a hinged manner. A tail end of the side link (4) is fixedly connected to an auxiliary shaft (10). Another end of the third connecting rod (5), and a bottom end or a middle portion of a rocker (6) form a rotation pair in a hinged manner. The middle portion or a bottom portion of the rocker (6) and the rack (7) form a rotation pair in a hinged manner.
