The present invention discloses an apparatus for controlling birds for a group residential facility. To this end, the present invention includes an attachment member protruding from the outer wall of the group residential facility and installed on the top of the installation on which harmful birds can sit； a repelling member protruding from the surface of the attachment member to prevent birds from sitting； and a coupling member for fixing the attachment member to the installation of the group residential facility. The present invention prevents the access of birds harming the aesthetics of downtown and the health of residential environment, thereby controlling the birds naturally.본 발명은 집단 주거시설의 조류퇴치장치에 대하여 개시한다. 이를 위해 본 발명은, 집단거주시설의 외벽으로 돌출되어 유해 조류가 앉을 수 있는 설치물 상부에 설치되는 부착부재； 상기 부착부재의 표면으로 돌출되어 조류가 앉지 못하게 하는 퇴치부재； 및 상기 부착부재가 집단거주시설의 설치물에 고정되게 하는 결합부재； 를 포함하는 구성으로 되어 도심의 미관과 주거 환경의 건강을 해치는 조류의 접근을 막아 자연적으로 퇴치되는 이점이 있다.
