PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means for easily producing a mille-feuille cutlet-like food product excellent in texture and flavor without frying in oil.SOLUTION: A method for producing a mille-feuille cutlet-like food product includes mixing a plurality of meat slices with binding flour containing a heat irreversibility gelling agent and starch to bind meat each other followed by molding, and coating the product with coating flour containing bread crumb followed by baking. A cooking kit usable in the production method is also provided.
