The present invention relates to a method of preparing a surfactant-free oral cleaning gargle using a pine tree extract. The method of preparing the oral cleaning gargle according to the present invention comprises the steps of: obtaining a sample including a hot water extract of a pine tree by-product； dissolving the sample into an aqueous ethanol solution to obtain an ethanol extract； mixing the ethanol extract with a solvent including one or more of n-hexane, ethyl acetate, or n-butanol； concentrating the solvent mixed with the ethanol extract under reduced pressure to obtain an undiluted extract solution； and separating the pine tree extract from the undiluted extract solution. The oral cleaning gargle prepared by the method has excellent effects of preventing and/or suppressing aches of Streptococcus mutans gingivitis, dental caries and tooth nerve irritation, has effects of maintaining cleanness in the mouth and removing plaque, bad breath and the like, and has an advantage that the oral cleaning gargle is simply used by preparing the oral cleaning gargle by using the undiluted extract solution using active ingredients of pine tree without including a surfactant which causes various diseases such as bad breath, stomatitis, dermatitis and the like.본 발명은 소나무 추출물을 이용한 계면활성제 무첨가 구강 세정용 가글액의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 구강 세정용 가글액의 제조 방법은 소나무 부산물의 열수추출물을 포함하는 시료를 얻는 단계； 상기 시료를 에탄올 수용액에 용해시켜 에탄올 추출물을 얻는 단계； 상기 에탄올 추출물을 n-헥산, 에틸아세테이트 또는 n-부탄올 중 하나 이상을 포함하는 용매와 혼합하는 단계； 상기 에탄올 추출물이 혼합된 상기 용매를 감압 농축하여 추출원액을 얻는 단계； 및 상기 추출원액으로부터 소나무 추출물을 분리하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 위와 같이 제조된 구강 세정용 가글액은, 구취, 구내염, 피부염 등의 각종 질환을 유발하는 계면활성제를 포함하지 않으며, 소나무유효성분을 활용한 원액추출물을 사용하여 제조되므로 충치균 치은염, 치아 우식증, 시린 이 통증의 예방 및/또는 억제 효과가 우수하고, 구강 내 청결 유지, 프라그 제거 및 구취 제거 등에 효과가 있으며, 사용이 간편한 이점이 있다.
