PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reverse device for soybean curd dough capable of stably reversing a vertical direction with high performance, without damaging soybean curd dough.SOLUTION: A reverse device 10 for soybean curd dough 11 for reversing the soybean curd doughs 11 arranged in a single line and plural rows or plural lines and plural rows for forming final soybean curd products 11C, comprises: a conveyor 40 on which reverse frames 41 for storing the soybean curd doughs 11 are arranged with predetermined intervals, and having an endless conveyor 44 which is circulated and travels a carry-in device 20 disposed on an upstream side of the conveyor 40 and transporting and storing the soybean curd doughs 11 in the reverse frames 41 and a carry-out device 60 disposed on a downstream side of the conveyor 40 and sending the soybean curd doughs taken out from the reverse frames 41. The conveyor 40 comprises: a reverse mechanism 45 disposed on an upstream end, and reversing a vertical direction of the reverse frames 41 storing the soybean curd doughs 11 and a return mechanism 46 disposed on a downstream end, and further reversing the reverse frames 41 from which the soybean curd doughs 11 are sent and which are empty, for returning their state to a state capable of storing the soybean curd doughs 11.
