Provided is an artificial lymph node that is persistently effective in cancer treatment in vivo.A method of producing an artificial lymph node capable of inducing cancer antigen-specific immune responses, comprising the following steps: (a) a step for immunizing a non-human animal using a cancer antigen and an adjuvant capable of inducing cellular immunity; and (b) a step for transplanting an artificial lymph node material consisting of a polymeric biomaterial comprising cytokine-producing stromal cells and dendritic cells to the immunized non-human animal, an artificial lymph node capable of inducing cancer antigen-specific immune responses obtained by the method of production, a cancer therapeutic agent comprising the artificial lymph node, and a kit for producing an artificial lymph node for cancer treatment comprising the following: (a) a cancer antigen; (b) an adjuvant capable of inducing cellular immunity; (c) a cytokine expression vector and stromal cells, or stromal cells incorporating a cytokine expression vector; (d) dendritic cells; and (e) a polymeric biomaterial.
