The present invention relates to a device for switching the method of adjusting the angle of a patient bed, wherein an existing manual patient bed can be switched into an automatic bed. The device comprises a main rotary member (100) which has a main shaft coupling unit (101) formed to accommodate, fix, and couple a main shaft (10) in one end and fixes the main shaft (10) in a predetermined position with respect to a bottom frame of the bed (1)； a fixing plate (200) which has a long hole (203) formed lengthwise to be coupled with the other end of the main rotary member (100) and is adhered and fixed to one end of the bottom frame of the bed (1)； and an operating device (300) which is fixed to the fixing plate (200), has a power source from the outside applied thereto, and rotates the main rotary member (100). The other end of the main rotary member (100) is coupled with the fixing plate (200) by means of a coupling means (110) such as a bolt through the long hole (203). Accordingly, by means of a relatively simple structure, an existing manual bed can be switched at low cost into an automatic bed having maximized stability.본 발명은 종래의 수동식 환자용 침대를 자동식 침대로 전환하기 위한 침상 각도 조절 방식 전환 장치에 관한 것으로, 일단에 상기 주축(10)을 수용하여 고정 체결하기 위한 주축 체결부(101)가 형성되고, 상기 주축(10)을 상기 침대(1)의 하부 프레임에 대하여 기 설정된 위치에 고정하는 메인 회전 부재(100), 상기 메인 회전 부재(100)의 타단과의 체결을 위한 장공(203)이 세로로 형성되고, 상기 침대(1)의 하부 프레임의 일단에 부착 고정되는 고정판(200), 및 상기 고정판(200)에 고정되고 외부로부터 전원을 인가받아 메인 회전 부재(100)를 회전시키기 위한 구동장치(300)를 포함하고, 상기 메인 회전 부재(100)의 타단과 상기 고정판(200)은 상기 장공(203)을 통하여 볼트 등의 체결 수단(110)에 의하여 체결된다. 따라서 비교적 간단한 구조에 의하여 종래의 수동식 침대를 제조 비용이 저렴하고 안정성을 극대화한 자동식 침대로 전환할 수 있게 된다.
