The present invention relates to a branched stent and an insertion device of the stent. The stent comprises: a main stent with a cylindrical mesh shape a minor stent coupled to vary the length at a constant angle on a circumferential surface of the main stent and a fixing wire coupled by making a knot on the other portion and being connected to the main stent, so as to maintain a compressed state in the longitudinal direction of the minor stent and to be untied by pulling one end unit.
