A nerve probe interface according to embodiments of the present invention comprises: a light source and an optical waveguide having one end connected to the light source and the other end provided as a probe part that is inserted into a nerve of a subject to be probed in order to apply a light stimulus to the nerve, and including a core and a cladding that partially covers the core, wherein the probe part is formed as a core member having a conical shape which is inserted into the nerve, and the cladding is able to cover at least a portion of the regions of the optical waveguide, with the exception of the core member. According to embodiments of the present invention, because the core member of the probe part has a conical shape having the cladding removed, ease of nerve probing can be ensured, and whether or not the probe part contacts a nerve can accurately be determined and the insertion depth of the probe part can be finely adjusted, on the basis of the difference in the refractive index between the core member and a substance contacting same.Selon des modes de réalisation de la présente invention, une interface de sonde de nerf comporte : une source lumineuse un guide donde optique ayant une extrémité reliée à la source lumineuse et lautre extrémité fournie sous forme de partie de sonde qui est introduite dans un nerf dun sujet à sonder afin dappliquer un stimulus lumineux au nerf, et comprenant une partie centrale et une gaine qui recouvre partiellement la partie centrale, la partie de sonde se présentant sous la forme dun élément central de forme conique qui est introduit dans le nerf, la gaine pouvant recouvrir au moins une partie des régions du guide donde optique, à lexception de lélément central.
