There is provided an MRI device capable of obtaining an image having areas from which return artifact has been removed in the multi-station imaging method and the moving bed imaging method. When imaging an examinee (101) placed in an magnetostatic field space while moving the examinee (101) with respect tot he magnetostatic field space, imaging is performed assuming that the phase encode direction is the moving direction of the examinee (101). Calculation is performed by using a set of a plurality of nuclear magnetic resonance signals acquired when the examinee (101) was located at a plurality of different positions and sensitivity distribution of a reception coil (105) so as to obtain an image of a plurality of areas from which an image return in the moving direction is removed.
