When the hearing aid wearer is in the dangerous situation, a voice inputted through a microphone of the hearing aid and an image captured by an imaging unit of the hearing aid are transmitted to an external terminal of a guardian or an emergency agency through a user terminal in order to promptly inform about the dangerous situation of the hearing aid wearer and allow the guardian or the emergency agency to accurately recognize and cope with the dangerous situation through the image and the voice of the hearing aid wearer.
