The present invention provides an external fixation device for bone fracture, which comprises at least one bone plate, two connecting rods, at least one fastening block and a plurality of bone screws. The at least one bone plate has a plurality of fastening through holes. The two connecting rods are respectively connected with the at least one bone plate. The at least one fastening block are penetratedly disposed to the two connecting rods and provided with one fastening hole. The plurality of bone screws are respectively penetrated and screwed to the plurality of fastening through holes and fastening holes.
