A fractured bone fixing device comprises a bone screw having a coupling section, a side plate, a plurality of fixing screws, and a connection rod. The side plate comprises an abutment section that abuts against a side of the fractured bone and a joint section that extends upward from one end of the abutment section in an inclined manner to receive the coupling section of the bone screw therethrough. The abutment section comprises a plurality of fixing holes formed therein to juxtapose longitudinally in a spaced manner. The fixing screws respectively extend through the fixing holes and are fastened to the fractured bone. The connection rod is detachably connected between the abutment section of the side plate and the bone screw.
