The present invention provides an equilibrium water level control unit comprising a communication pipe which includes: a head part (2200) inserted into a lower portion of an upper pipe line； and a horizontal part (2110) connected to the head part and inserted into a lower pipe line, wherein a portion of the horizontal part is arranged horizontally with a lower portion of the lower pipe line. The head part allows a water body in the upper pipe line to flow to the lower pipe line so as to equilibrate the water head pressure resulting from the water head difference of the upper pipe line from the storage water level of a water body contained in the head part and the water head difference of the lower pipe line from the storage water level of a water body contained inside the horizontal part. Therefore, the equilibrium water level can be effectively controlled and the water storage amount can be distributed through a simple structure.본 발명은, 상측 관로부의 저부에 삽입되는 헤드부(2200) 및 상기 헤드부와 연결되고 하측 관로부의 내부로 삽입되되 일부분이 하측 관로부의 저부과 수평하게 배열되는 수평부(2110)를 구비하는 연통관을 포함하며, 상기 헤드부는, 내부에 수용되는 수체의 저장수위로부터의 상측 관로부의 수두차와 수평부의 내부에 수용되는 수체의 저장수위로부터의 하측 관로부의 수두차에 의한 수두압을 평형시키도록 상측 관로부의 수체를 하측 관로부로 유동시키는 등수위조절수단을 제공한다. 따라서, 간단한 구조로서 효과적인 등수위의 조절과 저류량의 분배가 가능하다.
