PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for quickly freezing a liquid bag by which and with which the liquid bag encapsulated with liquid is uniformly cooled without breaking the liquid bag to freeze the liquid in a short time.SOLUTION: A quick freezing method for a liquid bag comprises quickly freezing the liquid bag on the body part of which a tube connecting part is provided using low-temperature liquefied gas, and includes: a process for placing the liquid bag where the liquid bag is placed on a placing surface； a process for setting a liquid-proof wall where a liquid-proof wall is provided on the placing surface so as to surround the circumference of the placed liquid bag； a metal plate arrangement process where a metal plate is arranged so as to make it contact with the body part of the placed liquid bag and also make it non-contact with the tube connection part； and a low-temperature liquid gas contact process where the low-temperature liquid gas is dropped or sprayed on or toward a surface on the side opposite to the surface coming in contact with the body part of the liquid bag in the metal plate, to make the low-temperature liquid gas come in contact with the metal plate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】液体が封入された液体用バッグを破損させることなく均一に冷却し短時間で前記液体を凍結させる液体用バッグの急速凍結方法および急速凍結装置を提供する。【解決手段】本発明に係る液体用バッグの急速凍結方法は、本体部と該本体部にチューブ接続部が設けられた液体用バッグを、低温液化ガスを用いて急速凍結させるものであって、前記液体用バッグを載置面に載置する液体用バッグ載置工程と、載置された前記液体用バッグの周囲を囲むように防液壁を前記載置面に設ける防液壁設置工程と、金属板を、載置された前記液体用バッグの本体部に接触させ、かつ前記チューブ接続部には接触させないように配置する金属板配置工程と、前記金属板における前記液体用バッグの本体部と接触させた面と反対側の面に向けて前記低温液化ガスを滴下又は噴霧して前記金属板に前記低温液化ガスを接触させる低温液化ガス接触工程とを備えたことを特徴とするものである。【選択図】 図１
