PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deodorant having excellent odor eliminating or odor preventive effect against oily smell generated form a body trunk part, good feeling after use without stickiness, and excellent storage stability.
SOLUTION: The deodorant comprises trehalose (A), and an Oenothera biennis extract (B). The deodorant further comprises cyclodextrin (C). In addition, the mass ratio of the constituent (C) to the constituent (B) is in the range 0.5-3,000.
