The cavity of the holder has a first portion for introducing the light guide in the holder and a second portion for the sealed fixing the fiber holder, the diameter of the second portion is less than the outer diameter of the optical fiber, and an outer surface portion of the holder at the smaller base is configured for axial needle displacement relative to the holder and for hermetic connection to holder.
