The fixation body (6) moreover comprises a rigid anchoring hook (7), which is integrally connected to the fixation body (6) and is able to fix on the vertebral part in immediate proximity to the flexible band (26) in position on said vertebral part.Il s'agit d'un dispositif (1) et d'un système (50) de fixation vertébrale pour maintien d'une vertèbre rachidienne sur une tige (3), comportant un corps (6) de fixation sur la tige (3), des moyens (27) de blocage du corps sur la tige (3), une bande (26) souple de liaison d'une partie de ladite vertèbre avec le corps (6) de fixation, les moyens (27) de blocage permettant également le blocage de la bande (26) souple sur le corps (6) de fixation via la tige (3). Le corps (6) de fixation comprend de plus un crochet d'ancrage (7) rigide, solidaire du corps (6) de fixation, apte à venir se fixer sur la partie de vertèbre à proximité immédiate de la bande (26) souple en position sur ladite partie de vertèbre.
