PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hemagglutinating fiber sustaining hemagglutination action even when repetitively coming into contact with menstrual blood.SOLUTION: A hemagglutinating fiber according to the present invention includes a hemagglutinating agent in the fiber. Preferably, a permeability of the hemagglutinating agent into the fiber is two or more. It is preferable that the freeness is 780 mL or less. Further preferably, the fiber is a cellulose fiber. It is also preferable that the hemagglutinating agent is composed of a cationic polymer.
