PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article which satisfies both the resistance to the return of menstrual blood and the improvement of an absorption rate of the menstrual blood.SOLUTION: An absorption article 1 includes a hemagglutination agent. The hemagglutination agent has total weight average molecular weight of 100,000 or more when being measured by gel permeation chromatography, and includes a first cationic polymer of molecular weight of 50% or more relative to the total weight average molecular weight and a second cationic polymer of molecular weight of 15% or less relative to the total weight average molecular weight.
