The invention relates to an equipment and a process for basic farm works, providing for the cutting, breaking, aeration and uniform overturning of soil slices to create optimal agrotechnical conditions for setting up the crops and for good plant development. According to the invention, the equipment consists of a support frame () on which the following parts are mounted: a mobile subassembly (), a cutting device (), a breaking and leveling device () and a cleaning device (). The process to be carried out using the claimed equipment comprises the continuous cutting of the soil () at the surface level and of the vegetal remains using some self-dressing cutting blades (), followed by a sequential cross cutting using other cutting blades (), using the hammer effect, the so cut soil slices being progressively pressed at the back, disintegrated, lifted and overturned, due to the curved trapeze shape of the latter cutting blades () and the rotation thereof, together with the vegetal remains which are embedded in the bottom part of the soil, wherefrom they have been taken.Invenţia se referă la un echipament şi la un procedeu pentru lucrarea de bază a solului, care asigură tăierea, mărunţirea, aerarea şi răsturnarea uniformă a calupurilor de sol, creându-se condiţiile agrotehnice optime pentru înfiinţarea culturilor, şi o bună dezvoltare a plantelor.
