The present invention relates to an apparatus for cell structure destruction. The apparatus comprises a pressure vessel, a porous member, a gas supply device and a fluid supply device. The pressure vessel includes an interior space, the porous member is provided in the interior space of the pressure vessel and has a slurry disposed thereon, and the slurry contains the cell material. The gas supply device is connected to the pressure vessel, and supplies a compressed gas to the interior space.
