PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing deodorizing foam having excellent air permeability and deodorizing property.SOLUTION: Mixed liquid 21 of a deodorant and a binder is applied by silk screen printing to the surface of polyurethane foam 11 from which a cell membrane is removed. Air 53 is sprayed on the surface of polyurethane foam 11A after application of the mixed liquid to make the mixed liquid 21 penetrate the inside of the polyurethane foam. The polyurethane foam 11B after air spraying is heated to dry the mixed liquid.
