PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a bird damage prevention tool which can stretch a rope above an electric wire substantially in parallel therewith even if the wire is a thin electric wire such as a communication wire, which can keep the locational relation between the rope and communication wire even after the attachment thereof, and which can be inset in any position on the electric wire and a method for installation of the bird damage prevention tool.SOLUTION: A bird damage prevention tool for installing a rope 4 substantially in parallel with an electric wire D comprises: one wire fixing member 1 the other wire fixing member 2 a plurality of middle support members 3 and the rope 4. The rope 4 is stretched between the one wire fixing member 1 and the other wire fixing member 2. The plurality of middle support members 3 are spaced apart from each other and fixed at points halfway between the wire fixing members in a longitudinal direction of the rope 4, and they serve to space the rope 4 apart from the electric wire D. Also, the one wire fixing member 1 and the other wire fixing member 2 fix the electric wire D and rope 4 at the same or substantially same positions, which may be any positions in a longitudinal direction of the electric wire D. With the bird damage prevention tool, only the rope 4 stretched between the one wire fixing member 1 and the other wire fixing member 2 is set in the state of being tense.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】 本発明は、通信線のような細い電線であっても、その上方にロープをほぼ平行に張ることができ、さらに、取り付けた後もロープと通信線の配置関係を維持し、しかも、電線の任意の位置に設置することのできる鳥害防止具と、その施工方法を提供することにある。【解決手段】 電線Dにほぼ平行してロープ4を架設する鳥害防止具であって、一方の電線固定部材1と他方の電線固定部材2と中間支持部材3とロープ4とを備えており、ロープ4は、一方の電線固定部材1と他方の電線固定部材2の間に掛け渡されており、中間支持部材3は、ロープ4の長手方向の中間位置に間隔をあけて複数固定されるとともに、ロープ4と電線Dを離隔するものであり、一方の電線固定部材1と他方の電線固定部材2は、電線Dとロープ4を同じ位置またはほぼ同じ位置で固定してあるとともに、電線Dの長手方向の任意の箇所に固定可能であり、一方の電線固定部材1と他方の電線固定部材2の間に掛け渡したロープ4のみを張った状態として配置していることを特徴とする。【選択図】 図1
