PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paranasal sinus balloon catheter.SOLUTION: According to an embodiment of the present invention, the paranasal sinus balloon catheter comprises: a body unit (100) a bending angle adjustment unit (200) comprising a bending angle adjustment lever (210) and a rotation plate (220) and a guide unit (400) comprising a balloon (430) and a pair of bending angle adjustment wires (w1 and w2) therein. The guide unit (400) comprises a first guide body (411) and a second guide body (412) arranged to be able to slide on the first guide body (411). The balloon (430) is arranged on the second guide body (412). The rotation plate (220) is joined to one of the bending angle adjustment wires (w1 and w2) and is rotated. The other bending angle adjustment wire is maintained in the guide unit (400).
