In the present invention, provided is a paranasal cavity balloon catheter. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the paranasal cavity comprises: a body unit (100)； a bending angle adjustment unit (200) comprising a bending angle adjustment lever (210) and a rotation plate (220)； and a guide unit (400) comprising a balloon (430) and a pair of bending angle adjustment wires (w1, w2) therein. The guide unit (400) comprises a first guide body (411) and a second guide body (412) arranged to be able to slide on the first guide body (411). The balloon (430) is arranged on the second guide body (412). The rotation plate (220) is joined to one of the bending angle adjustment wires (w1, w2) and is rotated. The other bending angle adjustment wire is maintained in the guide unit (400). The guide unit (400) may be inserted into one of sphenoidal sinus, frontal sinus or maxillary sinus.부비동용 풍선 카테터를 제공한다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 부비동용 카테터는 바디 유닛(100), 굽힘각 조절 레버(210)와 회전판(220)을 포함하는 굽힘각 조절 유닛(200) 및 풍선(430)과, 내측에 한 쌍의 굽힘각 조절 와이어(w1, w2)가 구비된, 가이드 유닛(400)을 포함하며, 상기 가이드 유닛(400)은 제1 가이드 몸체(411) 및 상기 제1 가이드 몸체(411)에 슬라이딩 가능하게 구비되는 제2 가이드 몸체(412)를 포함하고, 상기 풍선(430)은 상기 제2 가이드 몸체(412) 상에 구비되며, 상기 회전판(220)은 상기 한 쌍의 굽힘각 조절 와이어(w1, w2) 중 어느 하나와 연결되어 회전하되, 다른 하나의 굽힘각 조절 와이어는 상기 가이드 유닛(400) 내에서 유지되고, 상기 가이드 유닛(400)은 접형동(Sphenoidal Sinus), 전두동(Frontal Sinus) 및 상악동(Maxillary Sinus) 중 어느 하나의 부위에 삽입되는 것일 수 있다.
