CONSTITUTION: A self-assembly of a coumarin-proteinoid conjugate is prepared by dispersing the coumarin-proteinoid conjugate in an aqueous phase. The coumarin-proteinoid conjugate is prepared by a chemical bond of a coumarin derivative and proteinoid. The coumarin derivative is 7-hydroxy coumarin or epoxypropoxy coumarin.본 발명은 쿠마린 유도체와 프로테노이드가 화학적으로 결합된 쿠마린-프로테노이드 결합체를 수상에 분산시킴으로써 제조되고, 광 조사 및 pH 변화에 의해 목적물질의 방출을 제어할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 및 pH 응답성 자가 결집체 및 그 제조방법을 개시한다.
