The present invention relates to the function of products composed of compounds of the ginger family for lowering blood pressure. The production method is mainly to blend Hedychium coronarium, Alipinia galangal, and Alpinia zerumbet with the ratio of 16.7%-50%, 16.7%-50%, 16.7%-50% respectively then add a 5%-95% to 95%-5% ratio of ethanol and water solution to conduct the process of extracting continuously. After the extracts are concentrated, dried and processed by the spray granulation operation, the extracts are fed to the filtration operation and then produced into several products composed of different composition ratios of compounds of the ginger family. The present invention relates to the function of products, composed of different composition ratios of compounds of the ginger family that are produced based on the aforementioned extracting and production steps, for lowering blood pressure wherein the function of such products are observed and proved to have stable and continuous effects on lowering blood pressure according to the animal testing of the products using mice.本發明所述一種薑科複方產品用以降血壓之功效,該製備方法主要係將比例為16.7%-50%:16.7%-50%:16.7%-50%的野薑花:南薑:月桃混合後,加入乙醇:水比例5%-95%:95%-5%的醇水溶液進行萃取,接續,對萃取物依序進行濃縮、乾燥或噴霧造粒作業,再進行過篩整粒作業後,即可取得數種不同成分比例的取得薑科複方產品;本發明係依據上述步驟萃取並製備出不同比例的薑科複方產品,並以老鼠進行動物實驗,發現其產品皆具有穩定且持續降血壓之功效。
