PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling transplanter capable of easily adjusting the amount of seedlings taken from a seedling placing table by a planting device, and capable of sufficiently securing the planting depth of the planting device. SOLUTION: In the seedling transplanter, seedlings are taken from a seedling mat of the seedling placing table 39 of the seedling planting device 3 by a plurality of planting bodies 176 with the rotation of a planting driving mechanism which rotates within a planting drive case 171 with the driving force received from a power transmission mechanism 40 to which the driving force of a travelling vehicle 1 is transmitted. In this seedling planting operation of the seedling transplanter, the amount of seedlings to be taken by the planting bodies 176 is increased or decreased or the planting depth of each planting body 176 is changed by the operation of a switching device 123 which changes the rotation trajectory of the planting body 176 around a rotating axis 174 by switching the power transmission mechanism 40.
