The present invention relates to an apparatus for collecting a bone, comprising: (a) a plunger including a tubular shaft, a press head connected to a lower end portion of the shaft, and a handle connected to an upper portion of the shaft for forming a suction port by exposing an upper end portion of the shaft to the outside ； (b) a container including an opened entrance on the upper side, a connection means for fixing a cover to the entrance, and a suction port in a body part, and accommodating blood products sucked from a surgical site through the suction port； and (c) a container entrance cover including a connection means with respect to the container entrance, and a shaft through-groove in which the shaft connected between the press head and the handle is inserted to be vertically movable.
