PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical injector and a cap remover which can be handled more easily and conveniently.SOLUTION: A medical injector comprises: a needle having a sharpened first end part and a second end part； a first cap covering the first end part； and a second cap covering at least a part of the first cap. The second cap further includes an inner wall defining a cavity at a proximal end of a main body. The cavity is sized and molded so as to accept at least a part of the first cap. The second cap further includes a projection part inwardly extending from an inner wall of the main body, adapted for frictional engagement with the first cap, and provided adjacent to the proximal end of the main body.
