The present invention relates to a medicine adhesive patch and its manufacturing method thereof. The method consisting of manufacturing a support layer and a medicine adhesive patch layer disposed on at least one side of the support layer, and comprising the following steps: (A) obtaining the medicine adhesive patch layer compositions: oxybutynin hydrochloride used as medicine, at least one selected from the group composed of acrylic adhesive based polymer and a rubber polymer used as the adhesive base material, liquid paraffin, steroids, organic acids, adhesion-imparting agent; (B) heating the above-mentioned medicine adhesive patch layer compositions in the aforementioned medicine at a temperature range of 55 to 70 DEG C for 1 to 24 hours; and (C), cooling the heated medicine adhesive patch layer compositions at a 1 to 20 DEG C/hr cooling rate to the room temperature so as to obtain said medicine adhesive patch layer in a supersaturated concentration and melting formation whilst containing the aforementioned medicine.本發明係一種貼附劑之製造方法,其係包含支持體層與配置於上述支持體層之至少一面上之黏著劑層的貼附劑之製造方法,且包含如下步驟:步驟A,其獲得含有作為藥物之鹽酸奧昔布甯、作為黏著基劑之選自由丙烯酸系高分子及橡膠系高分子所組成之群中之至少1種、液態石蠟、固醇類、有機酸類、及黏著賦予劑之黏著劑層組合物;步驟B,其將上述黏著劑層組合物於上述藥物之55~70℃之範圍內之溫度下加熱1~24小時;以及步驟C,其將上述加熱後之黏著劑層組合物以1~20℃/hr之平均降溫速度冷卻至常溫,而獲得以過飽和濃度且熔解形態含有上述藥物之上述黏著劑層。
