The oxybutynin-containing transdermal absorption preparation comprises a substrate layer made of a fabric, at least a part of which has water repellency, and a adhesive layer laminated on one side of the substrate layer, wherein the adhesive layer comprises oxybutynin or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, cholesterol and adhesive composition comprising rubber type adhesive base.本發明之含有羥布托尼之經皮吸收製劑具備包含基布且至少一部分具有撥水性之支持體層、與積層於上述支持體層之單面之黏著劑層，上述黏著劑層含有包含羥布托尼或其藥學上容許之鹽、膽固醇類、及橡膠系黏著基劑之黏著組合物。上述羥布托尼亦可為鹽酸羥布托尼，上述具有撥水性之部位亦可由含氟化合物所形成，上述基布亦可為針織布。
