PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a culture system enabling abalones to intake diatom required for crust formation, which is essential for the abalones, and capable of reducing an exchange frequency of a rearing water and reducing carbon dioxide, nitrate nitrogen, and the like in a rearing tank.SOLUTION: The abalone culture system comprises a rearing tank 2 as a water tank for culturing abalones, a solid-foreign matter recovery device 2 for separating solid substances in the rearing water by cyclone, a cyclone-type dirt collection device 4, an activation device 5 for blowing a drug solution, oxygen, air, and the like into the rearing water, an algae cultivation device 7 for cultivating algae by allowing the algae to absorb components in the rearing water through photosynthesis, a heat exchange pipe 9 for heating or cooling the rearing water with underground heat, and a microorganism filtration tank 1 for decomposing organic substances with the microorganism. An aqueous solution and the like of potassium silicate or sodium silicate is mixed into the rearing water by a cavitation action in order to allow the diatom, essential for the crust growth of the abalones, to thickly grow.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】アワビに必要な甲殻形成に必要な珪藻を摂取でき、飼育水の交換頻度を低くでき、飼育水内の二酸化炭素、硝酸態窒素等を低くする養殖システムの提供。【解決手段】アワビの養殖システムは、アワビを養殖する水槽である飼育槽2、飼育水中の固形物をサイクロンで分離する固形異物回収装置2、サイクロン型汚物収集装置4,飼育水に薬液、酸素、空気等を吹き込む活性化装置5、緑藻類により、飼育水中の成分を光合成により吸収して栽培する藻類栽培装置7、地中熱で飼育水を加温、冷却する熱交換パイプ9、微生物で有機物を分解する微生物濾過槽1等からなる。飼育水中に、アワビの甲殻の生育に重要な珪藻を繁茂させるためにケイ酸カリ又はケイ酸ナトリウム水溶液等をキャビテーション作用により混合する。【選択図】図1
