PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an extraction liquid containing pyrazines.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing an extraction liquid includes extracting pyrazines containing 2,3,5-trimethylpyrazine. The method includes extracting the extraction liquid from barley containing barley not being pulverized, with a processing liquid under temperature condition of 100-150°C.
