Electrical output of the power amplifier is limited to a maximum of 2 mill watt. A high frequency oscillator stage is adjusted in a region between 130 mega hertz (MHz) and 170MHz at a fixed and unchanging frequency value. An electronic unit is included in a housing (2), and actuatable on-off switch (17) for the electronic unit is attached at the housing for self-application and self-service by a patient.
