PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powered surgical handpiece incorporating cooling system, since there is a possibility that heat generated by the powered surgical handpiece used with a bone-drilling device useful in treatment methods for ENT(ear nose throat)/head/neck can lead to user discomfort and limits usefulness of the device.SOLUTION: The housing 14 of the powered surgical handpiece 10 includes a motor enclosure surrounding the motor and a sleeve placed about the motor enclosure. The sleeve forms an inlet port 16 and an outlet port 18 fluidly connected with an internal passage.
