According to a desired embodiment of the present invention, 10-30 mg of the estrogen (17&beta-estradiol) as the inducer of the feminization is mixed with 1 kg of the water in the fish farming tank if farming the eel fry by supplying water in the fish farming tank and feeding the eel fry, and the light source arranged in the top of the fish farming tank is turned on so as to increase feed intake, thereby improving the growth rate and inducing the feminization. According to the present invention, the water is chosen between sea water and fresh water by the full length of the eel fry, and if the sea water is applied as the water for farming, the concentration of the sea water is adjusted to be lower than the body fluid of the eel fry with low osmotic pressure.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015본 발명은 민물뱀장어 치어가 수용된 양식수조 내의 양식수에 자성화유도물질로서의 에스트로겐( 17β-에스트라디올)을 혼합함과 더불어 광원을 일정한 주기로 점등시켜 상기 치어의 자성화 유도 및 성장을 촉진시키기 위한 민물뱀장어 치어의 자성화 유도방법에 관한 것이다.바람직한 실시예에 따르면, 양식수조 내에 양식수를 급수하여 민물뱀장어 치어를 사료의 급식으로 양식하는 경우 상기 양식수조 내에 자성화유도물질로서의 에스트로겐(17β-에스트라디올)을 상기 양식수 1Kg에 대해 10∼30mg의 농도로 혼합하고, 상기 양식수조 상측에 배치되는 광원을 점등시켜 상기 사료의 섭취량을 증진시켜 성장율의 증진과 자성화 유도가 이루어지도록 하게 된다.본 발명에 따르면, 상기 양식수는 상기 치어의 전자에 따라 해수와 담수 중에서 선택되고, 상기 해수가 양식수로 적용되는 경우에는 해당하는 치어의 체액에 비해 삼투압이 낮은 저염도로 설정된다.
