The present invention provides a device and a system for detecting pests, and a method for detecting damage by pests, so as to prevent damage to wooden buildings by pests. According to an aspect of the present invention, the device comprises a body part which has a stake shape extending in a particular direction and includes a plurality of holes separated by a wall which is formed along the particular direction and includes wooden materials which can be damaged by pests and a sensor part which can be bonded to and dislodged from the top end portion of the body part.
