A means for the controlled release of the liquid is arranged inside the elongated body (3) and is suitable for being set in fluid communication with the container. A stabilizing flange (5) defines a planar stabilizing surface (6) extending perpendicularly to the longitudinal axis (X) of the elongated body (3) away from the elongated body itself and it is configured so as to be rested on the ground (2) to be irrigated.
